£35 deposit payable on booking consultation appointments. Refunded if appointment cancelled with 24hrs notice.
Please complete our electronic new patient form at least 24 hours before attending (link can be found in your confirmation email).
Another survey from Care response will also be sent automatically which helps us to monitor patient outcomes and improve our service as a clinic.
