To book a consultation please complete the form on our contact us page and our Principle Chiropractor, Andrea Howell, will be in touch to arrange you appointment time.

***Appointments currently free due to clinic closure as a result of Coroanvirus ***

Rather than charging for our appointments we are instead giving patients the option to donate to City Hospice, as we would like to support charities at a time when fund raising events have been adversely affected during these difficult times. We have a 'Go Fund Me' page set up if that's something you would like to do.

A lot of what we do during chiropractic appointments is about helping patients manage their pain or injury through advice and exercises.

A Telehealth Appointment (Online Video Consultation) is similar to a face-to-face appointment just without the hands-on treatment element.

These online consultations provide you with the opportunity to speak with a qualified Chiropractor, without having to attend either of our clinics, and allows us to give you advice and support to aid your recovery.

During a telehealth appointment you will see and speak to your chiropractor via video call, similar to when you make video calls on your phone. Most consultations take place via a secure platform provided by our clinic software system Cliniko, but we can also accommodate appointments via your phone on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email from Cliniko which will have the secure link for you to follow to log in to your video call. You will also receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before which will also contain this link.

During a Consultation: What to Expect

During your consultation, your chiropractor will take a detailed history of your condition and medical history, then conduct an examination by looking at your posture and movements.

Then we can let you know:

  • Your Diagnosis: What it is and what’s causing it.
  • Your Prognosis: How long you will take to get better.
  • Your Personal Care Plan: Various stretches, exercises and self-management advice for you to follow at home.

Sometimes special tests such as blood tests or imaging, such as an X-ray, may be required for which referral can also be arranged.

We use an online exercise programme that allows us to create bespoke exercise programmes which you can print off with full instructions, or you can follow the videos using your computer, or the App on your phone or tablet.

Using the video link your chiropractor will run through these exercises with you to ensure you are able to do them comfortably and correctly. Below gives an example of one of the thousands of videos in the PhysiApp collection.
